YEA!!!!WE ARE THE BEST!!!we did 48.76s in the 4X100m relay juz now...did super well...even mr foo was surprised...YEA!!!didnt run the 60m coz betrayer nv sign me up 4 it...haiz...then in the relay...we were runnin against the best in spore...the national 4 by 1 team...poh seng song...liaoz...he was so damn bloody fast...yx won the 60m...came out 1st in it...ya...damn tired...doin dnt now...tmr still got skool ya...haiz...

finally...2day nv rain...then can train properly...after leavin skool...went 2 macs at bishan junction 8...haha...ate too much la...then on the way 2 bishan stadium after eatin finish...started 2 cough all the way...felt like pukin oso...haha...then bj...became scared...then reach the stadium...went 2 shi* again...haha...then the stupid auto flush...liaoz...dun wan 2 say wad happ la...then trainin started...then went 2 the gym 2 work out...then after tt went 2 the track...use startin blocks...4 the 60m on sunday...then did abit of passin...yea...we can make it...we can do it...can prove the someone that we can...muz prove it 2 him...or else...i will quit and join badminton...haha...jkin...then after tt went home lor...had a lift from tyron's driver 2 newton mrt...ya...then waz talkin 2 xiang bout the 4 by 1 on sunday...wad if we beat the national team reserves(if they r runnin)...we will be confirm selected lor...haha...ya...nvm la...haha...tmr muz go skool 4 study camp...sianz la...dun feel like goin lor...haiz...

wah...2day damn sad...ya...juz after skool finshed...it started 2 rain...bloody toot...haiz...then couldnt train 4 the 4 by 1 relay...liaoz...then in the end train in the sports hall...worst place 2 train...ya...oh ya...then durin cme...audrey lim...called all the trackers in our class 2 see her...reason...she wan 2 take pics of some of us like preparin 2 run a race...ya...then got me, juju and mf...ya...then after skool go meet her...4 photo shoot...but...nv do...only next week then noe when...haha...liaoz...muz choose me lor...dun feel like doin it...haiz...but...my face goin 2 be in the skool mag...so ya...haha...haiz...holidays got study camp...liaoz...dun feel like goin 4 it...but compulsory...liaoz...tmr trainin at bishan...it better not rain...or i will really cry!!!!need 2 prepare 4 this sundays competition oso...the all comers meet...runnin in 60m and 4 by 1...wif xiang, bj and tyron...the SPH team ya...WIN!!!!

wah...yest games carnival was damn nice...damn fun...played soccer...wif clar, clem, james, joshua, kenneth, selwyn and morven...lost in the semi's 2 our sec 1 and 2 team...the darren-daryl team...haiz...lost in penalties...haiz...then after tt went 2 change 2 the t shirt tt they gave us...the bryc shirt...then had devotions...damn nice...after tt had dinner la...suppose 2 be a bbq...but nv la...haha...then me, ak, james, ron...wanted 2 go up 2 this girl tt kenneth liked and tell her tt he liked her...haha...but in the end nv la...haha...so after dinner...was packin up...then saw this video of the games in the afternoon...then durin the captains ball game...they showed sean tan(sec 2) get hugged by a girl who was tryin 2 steal the ball from him...then me and joshua were...WE SHOULD HAV PLAYED IN THE CAPTAINS BALL GAMES!!!...haha...then after tt the packin up of the stuff...ya...was goin 2 bring back some stuff 2 mr chao's office...then this girl was followin...ya...helpin mr chao 2 carry some stuff oso...then along the way...he intro me 2 her...her 2 me...ya...then like 2 secs later he said...u 2 look like a nice couple...then i was like...in my mind...WTF...HOW CAN...JUZ MET LIKE 15 SECS AGO...liaoz...then after tt we started talkin...found out she from rgs...sec 4 oso...she knows jt and xavier(sec 1)...ya...she is quite a nice girl ya...then 4got 2 get her number...haiz...

yea...made it 2 the 4X100m team runnin 4 SPH this yr...me, xiang, bj and tyron...now the line up is me, xiang, bj then tyron...haha...the same...but gonna try bj, tyron, me then xiang the next trainin...see which 1 better...ya...yest went bishan 2 train after skool...reach there...went 2 go and shi*...haha...then change and warm up...then wait 4 coach 2 come...then found out he waz at the bottom at the track there...haha...then warm up outside the stadium...coz KCP had track heats...then when they finish...then started usin startin blocks...quite soong la...got the extra boost...haha...then after tt we did 90m sprints...did wif bj...then got around 10.9s...which is around 12.1s 4 100m...then we were like...WTF...haha...so good ah...haha...then did 1 more then i full run of the 4X100...the old formation...did 51s...was better than thurs anw...haha...can do better la...then after trainin...my dad gave bj and tyron 2 the main road outside then send xiang 2 bedok interchange...then after tt had dinner then went home...bathe...then slept...

2day...later got the bryc games carnival...ya...haha...goin 2 play soccer...dunno whether can play anot...still damn tired la my legs...

long time nv blog liao...ya...haiz..the d and t design situations is really takin up alot of my time ah...haiz...2day had founders day...ya...xr parade commander...me...only contingent commander...ya...came back from camp yest...damn tired...expedition from 4pm to 1.30 am...haiz...legs still damn tired ah...then tmr muz pass up the design situations..die la...haiz...
